In this situation, open scene is you in peace mode ( in your bedroom ), when Ayato come in, with something in his hand. you ask Ayato, what is he doing with that megane, Ayato answer immediately, " This is Shichisan-megane ( Reiji nickname by Ayato ) glasses," he take it when Reiji sleeping in living room. Then, Ayato says, " It's his fault to sleeping so defenseless in living room, so I take it, ", you hear all of it with anxious, and suddenly Ayato give that glasses to you and leave immediately, obviously you shocked.. There's one thing is clear, Ayato doing it because He want Reiji scold you, ( that's what Ayato say to you ).

And, this CG below is the first one asked to you. 

This CG about you get punished by sensei because making noise in the middle of lesson ( Ayato can't stand anymore, and suck your blood ) and you must stand in front of locker as punishiment, and what's worse is Reiji saw you. So, when you just back, Reiji called you and waiting in his room. When you come, he directly ask you, " Why you get punished ", and this is option what you must answer.
